The second method I used was the toaster which resulted in a drier feeling pancake. It had a mildly crunchy texture, less than the oven, but still a bit crunchy. The blueberries were a bit more flavorful than with the oven cooking method. The center was a bit smushier than I'd prefer. I'd give them a 7/10 as the smushy center impeded my enjoyment of the pancakes overall!
The third method (microwave) resulted in a great pancake. Really great texture, with wonderful flavor. A bit low on the blueberries for me, but great nonetheless. The pancakes were airy, but not fluffy. Great for a frozen pancake though. Overall, they were soft and pancakey. This was my very favorite method of cooking. 9/10.
In all, these pancakes are quite yummy regardless of the way they're cooked. I personally would suggest microwaved with a bit of butter and syrup. Like so:
